Dancing into Monday

The streets of Northern England are lined with stone, the houses fenced off with decorative wrought iron or white picket fences, trellises with greenery and flowers climbing up trying to reach the splinter of sunshine in the sky. The air is clean, and muffled laughter could be heard from the pubs you find on every corner. and this day? This day was just me, my best friend, and several hours of freedom from work or responsibility. It felt so good to take a day of rest. Ready and recharged, I danced my way into Monday.

England in the Spring

Cheers to all of my new followers!! Welcome to Jade Rose Blog, where I share my adventures living abroad in England and traveling this part of the world. Coming soon- Marrakech!! Spring is arriving in England and I couldn't be happier! I have finally settled back in to British life after my 3 weeks int he States visiting family and soaking up the Southern California sun! At the moment I am organizing our flat for the many guests we will host from abroad this spring and summer and I am working on a new boutique order for Lady Evelyn! Huzzah! These photos were taken right outside our flat, and I look forward to showing you more of our neighborhood as the leaves and flowers bloom!
