Travel: Lucky Brand Jeans
Can you think of time when you have felt peace amongst nature? With the wind softly blowing, leaves silently falling and birds floating above, my breath was taken away upon arrival to Kirkstall Abbey. The most beautiful of walks lead to this structure of over 1,000 years.
I bundled myself in the softest scarf and comfiest {super stretch} skinny jeans. (Of which I've literally worn 75% of the time we've been traveling). These Charlie Skinnies look chic, feel chic, and are quite possibly the comfiest I've ever felt in a tailored piece of clothing. Enjoy.
Skinny Jeans: Lucky Brand (c/o) // Scarf turned wrap: H&M (c/o) // Pointed heels: Zara

Interview Attire
What I wore to my interview a few days ago: We have been in England for almost two weeks now! I am being super picky and selective in regards to work, so I've only applied to one job and luckily got an interview two days later! After a second interview today that lasted two hours, I wait to here my fate!!! Fingers are crossed as it is my "dream job" for England/ London!!!
This skirt from Topshop is so pretty, I couldn't find my cream blazer that is packed away (like the majority of my wardrobe) so I had to go with black instead and pulled out the fringe to add some spice. When going black I try to add dimension, shape, or texture. It's a great rule to live by ;)
It started raining during pictures! (again) It's clearly Fall!

English Wool Cape
Hello there lovies!! Greetings from England! This marks my first post from our new home of Yorkshire, and I cannot wait for the beautiful places and outfits I'll get to share with you! (Including fun stories like the fact that I delivered a baby on a bedroom floor this morning... yep.) It was clearly not planned, and no, I have never done it before, but instincts just kick in and you run on auto pilot! All involved are well and happy :)
Now, onto the outfit! I felt right at home in this wool cape and added a fur shawl to give it more warmth. Predictions are that UK will have record breaking snow fall this winter, grrrrreat.....

Goodbye Oregon...

Portland Street Style
5 days away from our move to England! Saying goodbye to Portland isn't easy, but it's easier when you get to bring beautiful pieces from Portland designers like Betsy & Iya. I mean, check out the earrings! Fall is here and I'm loving the details this season with quilted pieces, layered fabric lines (see the moto pants) and graphic sweaters. I found this camo goodie a couple months ago, a refreshing take on camo. Anyone else excited about Fall?!
Moto jacket: H&M (c/o) (I love wearing this one) // Camo Mary Sweater: UO (old) // Grey moto skinnies: H&M (c/o) // Heels: Zara (similar) // Earrings: Betsy & Iya // Gold chain: H&M (c/o)

Oregon Wine
It rained and stormed all last week, but that didn't stop my husband and I from visiting the place we have come to love, where hours of conversation and laughter have been had. I first attended University amongst these vines, the rainy grey weather never stopping our puddle jumping adventures and street side markets of farm fresh fruit. I often find myself coming back to the vineyards only 20 minutes away from where I live. In this part of the luscious valley are the most tasty and gorgeous Pinot Noir grapes. Truly an experience everyone needs to enjoy, the Oregon Pinot Noir is spicy, velvety, and delicious no matter what vineyard you taste from. My favorites? In the Dundee hills. If you ever come and visit my home, be sure to let me know and visit the wineries!!! I have a best list growing by the weekend...
Notice the raindrops on the lens? I will never get tired of the Oregon rain. Luckily we are moving to another rainy and green Northwest region, it just so happens to be on a different continent, ONE WEEK until Europe!!!
